Welcome to Happy Hampers. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

2. Products & Customisation

  • Our hampers may include customised or personalised items based on your inputs
  • You are responsible for providing accurate details (names, photos, messages, delivery info)
  • Once confirmed, customised orders cannot be changed or cancelled

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
  • We accept only prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address

5. No Refund Policy

  • All customised products are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Any exceptions (damaged or incorrect items) will be handled as per our Refund Policy

6. Damages & Issues

  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video proof for verification
  • Resolution (replacement/refund) will be at the sole discretion of the owner, Abhishek Sharma

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and branding used by Happy Hampers are our property and cannot be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Happy Hampers shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or emotional expectations from the product
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party services
  • Minor variations in product appearance due to handmade/custom nature

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.
