Refund & Cancellation Policy – Happy Hampers

At Happy Hampers, each gift hamper is carefully curated and often personalised to match your preferences.

1. No Refund on Customised Products

All customised or personalised products (including name, photos, messages, or special requests) are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for non-customised products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted
  • Customised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • After verification, we may offer a replacement or partial refund

4. Refund Approval

All refunds (if applicable) are processed solely at the discretion of the owner, Abhishek Sharma.


5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
